Welcome to the 2025-26 school year! The Northside PTO exists to enrich the school experience of every Northside student and staff member, and we are thrilled to share with you information on what we’ve accomplished and where we’re focused for this upcoming year.

Firstly, we would like to express our gratitude to all of our teachers, school staff, volunteers, parents, caretakers, and students who make our community the exceptional home it is. Your generosity and dedication have allowed our school to be the wonderful place it is. Regarding the PTO’s recent activities, you are likely aware of the new playground installed at the beginning of the 2024-25 school year. We also hosted Trunk or Treat, the Glow Party, Book Fairs, Ice Cream Socials, Run.Walk.Move!, and Art in the Classroom. Teachers and staff benefited from teacher appreciation events. Field trips, winter gear, and classroom supplies were provided for those in need.

In this upcoming year, the PTO strives to provide fun opportunities to connect as a community, funding for our most pressing needs, insight into where our fundraising dollars go, and an understanding of our outstanding needs.

To fund this important work, we ask parents and caretakers to contribute $50 / student. The PTO also hosts fundraisers and requests donations from area businesses. In the ‘Funding Needs’ section of this newsletter, we outline our financial situation and goals for this year.

We are excited for our upcoming year and look forward to ensuring our children continue to receive an excellent education and experience.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Northside Needs 2025-26 Fundraising Campaign! This year, we are committed to making it as easy as possible for you to contribute toour Northside Needs. Every penny we raise enhances the school experience for every studentand staff member, and we can’t wait to organize fun-filled events throughout the school year to foster the Northside Spirit! 

 Introducing the Northside Needs “Easy Button”! With just ONE CLICK or scan of the QR code, you can make your PTO annual donation. For only $50 per child, we can achieve our annual fundraising goal. We promise no donation is too small; every contribution, regardless of the amount, is greatly appreciated! Additionally, if donating funds isn’t a good fit for your family, you can volunteer your time throughout the year at PTO events and share your fantastic ideasat our quarterly meetings.
